일본 이온몰의 자체 리빙 브랜드 인테리어 리뉴얼 공모 설계 프로젝트로 이온몰 마쿠하리 신도심점 내부에 위치한 공간 리뉴얼이다. 공간의 주요 프로그램은 주거공간 내부 가구 및 제품을 구매할 수 있는 상점과 디자인 상담을 받을 수 있는 상담실, 그리고 직원을 위한 사무실로 구성되어 있다. 공간 디자인 상의 주요 디자인 요소로는 개방감 있게 구획하기 위한 아치 형태의 벽체 디자인과 천정 구조물, 따뜻하고 친근한 분위기를 위한 식재 연출, 감각적인 형태 디자인 등이 있으며, 벽, 천정, 기둥 위에 다양한 방식으로 적용되었다. 여러 요소가 혼합되어 있기 때문에 자칫 정돈되지 않은 느낌을 줄 수 있어 아치의 곡선 요소와 천정 구조물의 직선 요소를 통합하기 위한 패턴 디자인이 벽면을 따라 구성되어 있다. 전체적인 무드는 따뜻하고 밝은 그레이 톤 계열의 마감재와 밝은 톤의 우드, 그리고 싱그리운 식재를 바탕으로 조성하여 부드럽고 따뜻한 분위기를 연출하고자 하였다.
The project is a design renewal competition for a living brand within the Aeon Mall Makuhari New City. The space primarily consists of a store for purchasing residential furniture, a design consultation area, and an office for staff. Key design elements of the space include: arch-shaped wall designs and ceiling structures to create an open layout, plant arrangements to evoke a warm and friendly atmosphere, sensuous form designs that are applied in various ways on walls, ceilings, and columns. Since multiple elements are combined, there is a risk of the space feeling cluttered. To address this, a pattern design has been created along the walls to integrate the curved elements of the arches with the linear elements of the ceiling structures.
