청평에 위치한 고급 펜트하우스 단지의 유닛 설계 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 전체 디자인 컨셉은 백색 톤의 휴양지 분위기를 바탕으로, 질감이 살아있는 석재나 가공되지 않은 우드와 같은 내추럴한 마감재를 이용하여 자연적인 환경에서 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 분위기를 조성하는 것이었고, 외부를 끌어들이는 듯한 디자인 요소들을 이용하여 세컨드 하우스의 개념을 실현하였다.
전체 유닛은 펜트하우스 답게 수영장을 포함하고 있는 복층 구조로, 주방과 거실이 배치되어 있는 1층과 침실과 기타 여가공간이 배치된 2층으로 구성되어 있다. 여가 공간은 타입에 따라 바, 스크린 골프, 요가, 서재 등으로 나뉘어 구성하였고, 고객이 취향에 따라 공간 요소를 선택할 수 있도록 디자인하였다. 내부의 전체적인 분위기는 차분하고 깔끔한 톤을 유지하며 고객이 취향에 따라 꾸밀 수 있도록 단순하게 디자인하였다.
This project involved the design of units for a luxury penthouse complex located in Cheongpyeong. The overall design concept is based on a white-toned resort atmosphere, utilizing natural finishing materials such as textured stone and raw wood to create a comfortable environment for relaxation in a natural setting. Additionally, design elements that draw the outdoors in help to realize the concept of a second home.
Each unit features a duplex structure typical of penthouses, including a swimming pool. The layout consists of the first floor, which houses the kitchen and living room, and the second floor, which contains the bedrooms and other leisure spaces. The leisure areas are divided into various types, including a bar, screen golf, yoga space, and a study, allowing customers to choose elements based on their preferences.
The overall atmosphere of the interior maintains a calm and clean tone, designed simply to enable clients to personalize the space according to their tastes.
