제주도에 위치한 고급 리조트로 리조트 내 타입별 풀빌라 디자인을 진행하였다. 총 여섯가지의 타입으로, 각 풀빌라는 특정 브랜드의 아이덴티티를 담고 있으며 가구와 집기 또한 그 브랜드의 제품을 배치하여 고객에게 브랜드를 조금 더 가까이서 생생하게 체험할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 디자인을 진행함에 있어서 브랜드의 특성과 섬세한 특징을 파악하는 것이 선행되었고, 각 브랜드의 특성을 내부 디자인의 형태로 녹여낼 수 있도록 노력하였다. 각 브랜드의 특성이 가장 많이 반영된 내부 디자인 요소는 기둥과 아트월, 장식장과 계단 및 수벽이며, 패턴의 조합과 마감 방식에 차이를 두며 디자인하였다. 풀빌라 세대는 복층형과 단층형으로 구분되어 복층형은 거실, 주방, 침실 3, 화장실 2 로 구성되어 있고, 단층형은 거실 겸 주방, 침실 2, 화장실 2로 구성되어 있으며 모든 타입이 개별 수영장을 품고 있어 고객이 와서 휴식을 취하기에 최적화 되어있다.
This project involves the design of luxury villas within a resort located in Jeju Island, featuring six different types of pool villas. Each villa embodies the identity of a specific brand, and the furniture and fixtures are carefully selected to include products from that brand, allowing guests to experience the brand more closely and vividly. In the design process, understanding the unique characteristics and subtle features of each brand was prioritized. Efforts were made to incorporate these brand identities into the internal design. The most prominent design elements reflecting each brand’s characteristics include columns, art walls, display cabinets, stairs, and water features. Variations in patterns and finishing techniques were employed to create distinct designs. The pool villas are categorized into two types: duplex and single-story. The duplex villas consist of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, while the single-story villas feature a combined living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
